Within Accuracy’s Project Advisory and Dispute (PAD) practice, the Project Advisory team supports owners, contractors and other stakeholders in identifying, managing and resolving challenges on complex construction projects.

We are recruiting a Manager to support our growing project dispute and advisory practice. This role offers a motivated professional the opportunity to contribute to high-impact engagements during Accuracy’s U.S. expansion. This fast-paced and deadline-driven consulting environment requires managing multiple concurrent assignments, evolving client priorities and effective prioritization, judgment, and delegation.

Overview

Accuracy’s Project Advisory practice supports owners, contractors, and other stakeholders in navigating complex issues on large construction projects. Managers provide a hands-on leadership role within project teams, with primary responsibility for delivery, execution, and oversight of technical analyses. The role is intended for experienced construction professionals who can translate real-world project experience into advisory insights, supervise junior staff, and serve as a primary day-to-day client contact under Partner or Director direction. The Manager may lead project workstreams, coordinate analyses and support the smooth running of engagements, while working closely with Partners and Directors to translate strategic questions into concrete analyses and actionable insights. This role will also supervise Analysts and Associates on specific assignments. The role provides a development path toward Senior Manager based on performance, leadership capability, and contribution to client delivery and business development.

This role reports to a Senior Manager, Director and/or Partner within the PAD practice.
