About The Role
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of data exchange analysts within Benefits Operations. You’ll provide strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and foster strong partnerships across internal and external teams.
What You Will Do
- Lead & Develop Your Team
- Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance management to team.
- Set clear expectations, create development plans, and build bench strength.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and oversee training and workflow readiness.
- Drive Operational Execution
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process consistency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Establish annual goals, track progress, and deliver performance metrics to leadership.
- Manage pipeline of inventory and overall demand and capacity needs
- Manage Resources & Workflows
- Assess staffing needs and support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
- Monitor budgets and maintain expense discipline.
- Prioritize team projects and assign resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner Across the Business
- Build strong relationships with internal partners, external administrators, and distribution teams. This includes key benefit platform partners
- Participate in product development initiatives and anticipate impacts to operations.
- Represent Benefits Operations in cross functional meetings and act as a key decision maker.
- Communicate & Represent the Organization
- Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Travel as needed for training, meetings, or business opportunities.
- Serve as backup to the Director/AVP when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
