About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Manager to oversee the daily functions and strategic growth of our operations team members. We believe in servant leadership and in managers that can provide guidance to the people they manage and help them grow.

As a proactive leader in this critical position, you will be responsible for managing a small team to guarantee the consistent delivery of exceptional client service. A key part of this involves ensuring all team members are fully equipped with the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.

The Operations Manager is tasked with transforming strategic company objectives into clear, executable operational plans. Deeply understand our internal processes and procedures to discern the quality output of teams, their needs, and see to each individuals’ wellbeing and that work is balanced across several processing centers as needed. The manager will lead with values, cultivating a supportive and collaborative workplace that prioritizes continuous improvement and staff development in line with our company values.
