Regional pipeline management
: Tracking of new opportunities & proactive deals, partner sourced deals, large deals & proactive deals, % of deals tagged with right contribution within predefined time (month/quarter)


Data
: Support alliance teams in markets with on time availability of complete data for alliance performance reports (periodic & adhoc) - financial & non-financial


Joint Account Plans:
Track account interlocks as per our commitments in the SPA & resulting pipeline


Deal registry :
ensure pipeline and registered deals in Google partner portal are growing and correlate to the NTT Data pipeline


GTM programs
: Track progress of GTM programs and strategic initiatives


Create reporting dashboards :
pipeline, influenced revenue, wins/bookings, funds, invoices, rebates, inflow/outflow of incentives, certifications , Ensure consistent and ...
