We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to join Worldline's SEPA Tribe within the Account Payments division, based in Poland. The SEPA Tribe is responsible for managing and evolving Worldline's SEPA payment solutions including SEPA Credit Transfers, Direct Debits, Card Clearing, and related back-office processing services.


This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of European payment infrastructure by working on products that handle millions of transactions daily, serving banks and financial institutions across the SEPA zone.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate clear product vision and strategy aligned with Worldline's transformation priorities
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for SEPA payment solutions with multi-year perspective
• Collaborate with business leadership to identify market opportunities and competitive advantages
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends (DORA, instant payments, digital currencies) affecting SEPA services

Product Management & Ownership

• Own the complete product lifecycle from conception through delivery and optimization
• Lead quarterly and annual product planning cycles with cross-functional teams
