About the Role:

As a DevOps Engineer I, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our systems. You will be responsible for automating and streamlining our deployment processes, ensuring continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines are robust and effective. Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of software releases, enabling rapid innovation while maintaining system stability. Collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams, you will help identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges. Ultimately, your contributions will support the organization's goal of delivering high-quality software products with minimal downtime and maximum performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- 3-5 years experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation

- Hands-on experience with Azure services and administration

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc)

- Strong knowledge of infrastrucure-as-code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS preferred)

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, or equivalent)

- Scripting skills (Powershell, Bash, or Python)

- Understanding of DevSecOps practices, including integrating security scans and compliance into pipelines
