Accountabilities

• Own the member experience product backlog, prioritizing and shipping improvements.
• Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation for enhanced engagement.
• Manage bug triage and ensure product reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to maintain product velocity and manage technical trade-offs.
• Translate stakeholder input into actionable product initiatives.
• Monitor member experience metrics like engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes.
• Build and maintain dashboards for data visualization and insights.
• Analyze user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design experiments and present data-informed recommendations.
• Work with design teams to enhance UX with a member-first approach.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to align product changes with care processes.
• Engage in cross-functional collaborations for seamless member experiences.
• Support user research and testing for future product developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success in improving engagement metrics in digital products.
