Accountabilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage project teams through complete task definitions and work requirement identification and assignments.
• Collaborate closely with project team and key stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, and outcomes.
• Establish, monitor, and manage project expectations with the team, assigning tasks and identifying issues for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain all project status reports and schedules; track milestones/deliverables, issues, and dependencies.
• Respond to inquiries regarding project status; prepare communication for stakeholders.
• Lead and support project team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships essential for achieving project goals.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Run Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver results across project stages.
• Prepare post-project reports and summaries for timely dissemination.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Five years of relevant experience in IT project management.
- Experience facilitating and leading projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in engaging diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
