Accountabilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation that accelerate every phase of the SDLC.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and automation tooling, rapidly evaluating and incorporating solutions.
• Partner with engineers across teams to identify friction, design solutions, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a developer experience, developer tooling or platform engineering role.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI developer tools.
• 5+ years of full-stack programming experience with languages like Go, Python, JavaScript.
• Ability to identify systemic inefficiencies across engineering and product.
• Experience with containers and tools like ECS and Terraform is a big plus.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
