This new team will design, scale, and future-proof the systems and automation that power Preply’s revenue engine. You’ll blend hands-on system expertise with strategic ownership - building scalable, integrated processes while leading a small, high-performing team to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and innovation across our GTM stack.


This is a hybrid role: part architect and builder, part strategic manager who aligns tools, data, and teams to accelerate growth, transforming RevOps from reactive operations to proactive scalability. The exciting part - lead a fast-moving, ambitious team that values precision, autonomy, and continuous improvement, plus the opportunity to build and shape the next-generation GTM infrastructure that powers global growth.


This role is based in our Barcelona hub and we will support relocation.
