Description We are hiring a Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our AI-first engineering team. This role is ideal for engineers who are strong in full-stack development and have hands-on exposure to AI/LLM integrations. You will work on building scalable applications, AI-powered workflows, and modern full-stack systems in a fast-moving, product-driven environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of features from development to deployment and collaborating in a remote-first setup. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development Build and maintain full-stack applications using React (TypeScript) and Node.js/Python. Develop clean, modular, and scalable backend services. Implement responsive and high-performance frontend interfaces. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards. AI & LLM Integration Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models). Assist in building and optimizing RAG pipelines. Work with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. Improve prompts, embeddings, and retrieval performance. Cloud & Deployment Deploy services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda). Containerize applications using Docker. Support CI/CD processes and version control workflows. Data & Infrastructure Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Assist in implementing vector databases such as Pinecone or Milvus. Optimize queries, indexing, and application performance. Technical Requirements Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django) AI Exposure: LLM APIs, RAG basics, AI agent concepts Cloud: AWS basics (EC2, S3) DevOps: Docker, Git, CI/CD fundamentals Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB What We’re Looking For 2–6 years of full-stack development experience. Practical exposure to AI/LLM-based features or integrations. Strong understanding of REST APIs and system architecture basics. Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
