Senior Marketing & Communications Strategy Project Manager - Aerospace & Defense Vertical (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized
Project Manager
with knowledge and skills in the sales, marketing, and travel industry, and hands-on experience in
social media strategy and execution
. This role will support the leadership team responsible for the Aerospace & Defense Government Contractor vertical with program initiatives, customer-facing meetings and events, and drive projects that enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and revenue-generating outcomes.


As a Senior Marketing & Communications Strategy Project Manager - Aerospace & Defense Vertical, you will
Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across sales, marketing, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, Communications, and external partners.
• Oversight of A&D Client Forum and key industry events
• Manage A&D vertical business plan and key projects

Sales & Marketing Support

• Liaison with Sales to develop & maintain an A&D sales pipeline for new business
• Partner with Marketing to create new material highlighting BCD’s value position in this space.
• Create and maintain project materials such as presentations, briefs, communication plans, benchmarking materials, newsletters, social media posts, website updates, etc.
• Provide education and collateral for sales and retention teams
• Analyze campaign and program performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and increased ROI.

Travel Industry Expertise

• Leverage knowledge of existing A&D customer base via A&D Program Management Workgroup.
