We’re hiring a
Senior Product Manager,
who can run end-to-end product execution: turning strategy into clear plans, writing high-quality user stories, driving delivery with engineers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring releases land with the right communication, training, and internal enablement.
Your Mission
Own delivery from idea to production:
- Translate customer/stakeholder needs into clear product scope and delivery plans
- Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Lead refinement, planning, and day-to-day execution with engineers
- Make pragmatic decisions with developers on trade-offs, sequencing, and next steps
- Track progress, remove blockers, and regularly update status (internally visible and reliable)
Build a product that “holds the customer’s hand”
- Design guided workflows that simplify complex compliance frameworks into clear steps
- Ensure the platform works for both small and mid-sized companies, including multi-entity setups
- Collaborate closely with Compliance/Operations to encode expert knowledge into product flows
Improve How We Work
- Define, adjust, and evolve product processes (discovery → delivery → release → feedback loop)
- Establish a strong “attention-to-detail” operating rhythm (clean specs, predictable execution, clear ownership)
- Drive launch, enablement, and internal alignment
- Create release announcements and platform content (what changed, why it matters, how to use it)
- Prepare presentations and internal training materials Coordinate translations where needed (e.g., DE/EN) for product tasks and customer-facing content
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments to align messaging and rollout
Your Profile
- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally B2B SaaS
