Program Manager (Content & Strategy)
We are hiring a Global Technology Program Manager responsible for Content Operations and Program management to support a large-scale global initiative that delivers Microsoft learning experiences to millions of developers worldwide. You will manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of 100s of new learning assets, including new course builds and content refreshes across virtual, on-demand, and classroom modalities.


The ideal candidate has a track in structuring & managing massive volumes of content / events, with a sense of urgency, prioritization and structured engagement.


Strong Operations management skills along with broad based technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem—Azure, AI, Security, Modern Work, Power Platform, and cloud-native architectures. You will work closely with Solution Strategy, engineering & event teams to translate technical solutions into structured learning content and measurable enablement outcomes.


This role requires excellent stakeholder management, the ability to navigate complex multi-region programs, and experience driving technical enablement or partner skilling—not just coordination. You will partner with SMEs, content teams, and global field organizations to ensure timely delivery, catalog governance, and content quality.


Requirements:

- 8–12+ years Events Operations & Content program management experience ( Not content creation )
- Excellent Organizer of events, programs, content by categories and fantastic reporting skills
- Broad based understanding / background across Microsoft products and ecosystem ( Prior Microsoft Learning experience preferred)
- Experience in technical or sales skilling, content strategy, or developer enablement
