As a project manager senior - Digital Business Operations,
you’ll play a key role partnering with the broader Digital team to support business operations as part of the team responsible for product strategy and execution - from business reviews, budget management, supporting planning processes, to driving progression of Digital initiatives through Enterprise governance processes. This role will be pivotal in aligning teams across digital, ensuring leaders have the information they need to make timely decisions, and enabling seamless collaboration across the team. We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and detail-oriented: a nimble problem solver, confident communicator, logical organizer, and collaborative team player. • Drive progression of Digital Initiatives through Enterprise governance and planning processes
• Lead business analysis for the Digital team, including managing Digital Business Reviews and reporting.
• Lead Budget Management for the Digital Organization, ensuring we are focusing our spend on the right priorities
• Drive team cohesion by driving culture and facilitating Digital Team Ceremonies
