Prosperity Life is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Product Development organization. As a growing insurance product manufacturer, Prosperity Life continues to expand the scope, complexity, and volume of annuity and life product initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring disciplined execution, predictable delivery, and strong cross-functional coordination across the full product lifecycle.


The Senior Project Manager will be dedicated exclusively to Product Development, leading execution for new product launches, enhancements, repricing initiatives, and strategic product changes. This individual will serve as the central point of accountability, partnering closely with actuarial, IT, operations, legal, compliance, finance, and distribution teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business and regulatory expectations.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for annuity and life insurance product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate execution across actuarial, IT, operations, legal, compliance, finance, and distribution stakeholders
• Serve as the primary driver of project governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, risk escalation, and issue resolution
• Ensure product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with regulatory, operational, and distribution requirements
• Proactively identify execution risks, resource constraints, and cross‑initiative dependencies
• Drive alignment and accountability across teams with competing priorities
• Establish and reinforce standardized project management practices, tools, and delivery rhythms within Product Development
