What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee project engineering, procurement, quality control, financials, staffing, and training prior to site implementation
• Manage project planning, risk forecasting, conflict resolution, and project team dynamics
• Coordinate and supervise engineering activities performed by internal and contingent workers
• Participate in key design reviews and ensure project success through effective execution
• Foster customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with project financial targets

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a high school diploma with extensive relevant experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a technical field, or 12 years with a high school diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in the Nuclear Industry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management
• Ability to travel up to 25% and meet physical requirements for the role
