The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Brand & Content Manager who lives at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven growth. Your mission is simple but ambitious: ensure every parent in Singapore knows Ottodot as the gold standard for gamified learning.

You will own our brand’s voice and the organic engines (Social & SEO) that power our funnel. You aren’t just "posting content"—you are building a community and an organic lead-generation machine. While we embrace a remote-first culture, this role is the "face" of our brand; you will be expected to lead and manage our physical pop-ups, school events, and parent workshops across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Strategy:
 Define and execute the "Top of Mind" strategy. How do we show up in parent WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and TikTok feeds?
- Organic Social Engine:
 Own our presence on IG, TikTok, and Facebook. Lead content creation that balances "fun for kids" with "educational value for parents."
- Physical Events & Activations:
 Plan and execute offline brand experiences. Whether it's a booth at an education fair or a community event at a mall, you will be on-site to drive brand awareness and capture leads in person.
- SEO & Content Hub:
 Build an organic lead machine. Identify the keywords parents are searching for (e.g., "PSLE Science open-ended questions") and create the content that wins those clicks.
- Community & Word-of-Mouth:
 Turn our current parents into brand ambassadors. Manage referral loops and organic engagement to drive inbounds.
- Performance Synergy:
 Work closely with the growth team to ensure organic efforts are lowering our overall CPL (Cost Per Lead).
