We’re looking for a dynamic
Social Media Manager
to take ownership of
Forge Men’s
Instagram presence and drive community growth. This role goes beyond posting content — you will be responsible for strategy, engagement, and performance, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive DTC skincare space.

Therefore, we are looking for someone with
*strong focus on managing social media accounts Design, content creation and expertise on managing Instagram Account*
for E-commerce Industry.

Your Mission

• Manage and grow Forge Men’s Instagram account with a performance-driven approach.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) aligned with our brand voice.
• Drive community engagement through comments, DMs, and interactive campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and influencer partners to amplify reach and conversions.
• Track, analyse, and report on content performance, optimizing for growth and ROI.
• Stay ahead of Instagram trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

🧠
What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience managing
social media accounts, preferably Instagram
- Proven track record of growing engagement and followers for DTC or eCommerce brands.
- Skills in content creation, Graphic Design, copywriting, and social storytelling will be great
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Later, Hootsuite, etc.) to track performance.
- Understanding of influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & visual).
- Creative, data-driven, and results-focused mindset.
