The Opportunity
Good Inside is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join our Engagement Pod. In this role, you will be dealing closely with our Machine Learning team to introduce new and personalized experiences that strengthen a user’s daily habitual engagement. You bring deep technical expertise in mobile engineering, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to pixel-perfect design, enabling us to deliver a best-in-class app experience.


You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including product, design, backend, and machine learning teams, to build high-quality features that serve our users’ needs. Your ability to blend technical excellence with thoughtful design and seamless execution will be essential as we continue to evolve and elevate the Good Inside mobile experience.


This role follows a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days each week at our Manhattan location.
What You’ll Own

• The design, development, and maintenance of our Flutter-based mobile application
• Collaborate as needed with backend, ML, and other mobile engineers, as well as Product Managers
