Strategy and Operations Principal / Manager / Associate
to support our Special Projects team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll help run core processes, drive strategic initiatives, and directly shape how we scale.


🔧 What You’ll Do

• Take on the company’s highest-leverage problems across product, operations, strategy, and go-to-market.
• Own critical initiatives end-to-end: define the problem, run deep analysis, make clear recommendations, and drive execution.
• Operate with extreme range and ownership: Build and optimize scalable processes to continue HockeyStack's hyper-growth
• Explore and define which projects the team should prioritize, and set a timeline to reach goals quickly
