What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define user stories and translate business and user needs into detailed backlog items with clear acceptance criteria
• Proactively manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and customer value
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet business goals
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing insights and feedback to drive smooth execution
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements, process workflows, and release notes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or related role in a software development environment, preferably with SaaS products
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with Scrum certification
• Proficiency with team collaboration and project management tools, especially Atlassian Confluence and Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate between business needs and technical realities
