What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Engage across end-to-end project phases, solving complex data challenges from strategy to implementation
• Define and document requirements, analyze business processes, and support testing, training, and rollout efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies and tools to enhance market differentiation
• Lead tasks that advance client success and firm growth while cultivating long-term relationships

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines
• Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, particularly in requirement gathering and process mapping
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities
• Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting roles, delivering visible deliverables and client impact
