About The Role You're Considering
We are seeking a Validation Engineer with an innovative mindset to modernize how we test and validate neuromodulation software applications (e.g., clinician tools, patient apps, therapy management applications, device companion software). This role will apply AI/ML and intelligent automation techniques to transform the test and validation lifecycle—improving speed, coverage, traceability, and defect prevention while meeting medical device quality and regulatory expectations.
This is an ideal role for someone who is fluent in V&V rigor and also excited about rethinking testing using AI-assisted approaches such as test generation, risk-based prioritization, log anomaly detection, intelligent regression selection, requirements-to-test mapping, and documentation automation.

Your role
- Design and implement AI-assisted testing approaches to improve effectiveness and reduce cycle time.
- Identify high-value opportunities to replace manual, repetitive testing with automation + intelligent decisioning while maintaining compliance.
- Own and execute verification and validation (V&V) for software applications supporting neuromodulation therapy workflows.
- Develop risk-based test strategies across unit, integration, system, and release validation.
