WFH Assistant Manager Digital Marketing Operations

About this role

OBJECTIVE:

You own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing channels: Google Ads, email marketing, search and discovery (SEO, AEO, GEO), and WhatsApp. Your job is to ensure every campaign is strategically planned, launched on time, optimized for performance, and scaled effectively across all Airda brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• **Own paid and organic search strategy and execution**, including Google Ads, SEO, and emerging discovery channels (AEO/GEO) as the search landscape evolves. Build campaigns, optimize bids/targeting, and hit ROAS targets without needing daily check-ins.
• **Lead email marketing program**: Design the email strategy and calendar, write/design campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize flows (welcome series, browse abandon, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback etc.). You own performance metrics (open rates, click rates, revenue attribution) and make strategic decisions on segmentation and automation.
• **Drive organic discoverability strategy across search engines and AI-powered platforms**, including traditional SEO, content optimization, and proactively adapting to how consumers find brands through AI search and answer engines. You identify opportunities and implement without waiting for permission.
• **Manage WhatsApp broadcast campaigns:** Plan, schedule, and optimize WhatsApp marketing in coordination with email/ads strategy. Ensure compliance and deliverability.
• **Report on marketing performance weekly:** Share campaign results, strategic insights, optimization rationale, and next steps with the manager during 1-on-1s. Identify what's working, what needs to change, and why.
• **Mentor and develop junior team members:** As the team grows, guide and upskill SEs in campaign management, optimization fundamentals, and AI-assisted workflows
