Hyra is working on behalf of MassMutual to hire for the position of AI Engineer. This role involves developing and deploying end-to-end machine learning and generative AI solutions to drive strategic business transformation. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to build production-grade AI pipelines and scalable agentic systems.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deploy end-to-end ML and AI solutions using LLMs, deep learning, and probabilistic modeling.

• Deploy scalable GenAI and Agentic AI systems that directly support enterprise business goals.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, production-grade AI pipelines and APIs.

• Prototype AI-powered applications, including web apps and dashboards, to enable data-driven decisions.

• Establish and promote best practices in AI development and responsible AI deployment.

What we're looking for

• M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.

• 5+ years of proficiency in Python and SQL with deep understanding of ML, NLP, and LLMs.

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering roles.

• 2+ years of experience with AI agents, RAG, prompt management, and orchestration frameworks.

• Experience with cloud-native development, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
