The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Operations Department and the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The OPO will assist in a variety of areas within Corporate Services and in delivering these services to MCD’s U.S. and International Programs:

• Operations Management; Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in developing the annual Operations Department work plan, including IT services, and assist in quarterly tracking of deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Provide structured operational support to U.S. Programs and International Programs country offices across administrative and operational functions, including procurement planning and vendor oversight; travel logistics; inventory and asset management; systems implementation and troubleshooting; policy interpretation and rollout; risk management and internal controls; and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment with organizational policies and funder requirements.
• Procurement; Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including needs assessment, sourcing, solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract close-out.
