In This Role, You Will Get To

• Develop High-Impact Web Assets: Code, test, and deploy responsive HTML/CSS landing pages and web/app integrations that directly drive customer acquisition and conversion.
• Work with Cutting-Edge Front-End Tech: Gain hands-on experience utilizing React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES2025) within a large-scale system.
• Optimize for Growth: Implement critical performance techniques, including A/B testing and dynamic personalization, to maximize conversion rates and support key growth objectives.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing and Design teams to translate business campaign requirements into functional, tracked web solutions.
• Learn from Senior Engineers: Be mentored by experienced developers on architecture and best practices, accelerating your understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and scaling initiatives.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• 2+ years of JavaScript along with experience working on a number of large-scale, consumer facing web projects.
• A Front-End Fundamentalist: You possess a foundational understanding and practical experience (1–2 years) with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and have expo...
