Whether you're partnering with department leaders to define success for their teams or tuning our recruitment engine to find elite talent, your focus is always on building an environment where high performers can scale.

• **Measuring What Matters:** Own the quarterly eNPS process, moving beyond simple reporting to present and execute real strategies that improve team health and retention.
• **Company Culture & Events:** Lead the end-to-end planning of our company outings and annual retreat.
• **Travel Logistics:** Oversee the coordination of travel and lodging for quarterly team meetings.
