This is a high-impact role for a data-driven professional ready to shape the financial future of a tech-enabled education leader. You will own complex financial modeling, drive the annual budgeting process, and utilize advanced tools like IBM Cognos TM1 to provide critical insights that directly influence executive-level decision-making.

The Role

• Lead the development of sophisticated financial models to support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly forecasting cycles.

• Drive the monthly close process and deliver comprehensive management reporting, including program profitability and cost variance analysis.

• Provide analytical decision support for capital expenditure justifications and cross-functional business process enhancements.

• Partner closely with Real Estate, Marketing, and Academic Operations to strengthen internal controls and financial transparency.

• Prepare high-stakes financial presentations for Institutional Leadership and the Board of Trustees.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting with a strong foundation in GAAP and public company compliance (SOX).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macro awareness) and experience building complex financial models from scratch.

• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Planning software such as IBM Cognos TM1 or similar (Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; an MBA or CPA/CMA license is highly preferred.

• Sharp communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for executive management.
