Are you a visionary finance professional ready to revolutionize FP&A? Leidos is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead the charge in embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, transforming how financial information is produced and consumed.

The Role

• Spearhead the adoption of an AI-first FP&A operating model, redesigning core financial processes.

• Identify, design, and scale AI-enabled automation for forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.

• Eliminate manual, spreadsheet-driven processes through intelligent automation and advanced analytics.

• Translate complex AI-driven analyses into actionable insights for executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Lead key components of Sector planning, forecasting, and long-range financial analysis.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.

• Proven success in leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to enhance financial processes and decision speed.

• Strong FP&A background, including experience with process transformation and modernization.

• Expertise in supporting diverse contract types (FFP, FP LOE, T&M, Cost Plus, hybrid).

• Advanced analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills, with strong understanding of revenue recognition and commercial financial processes.

• Experience with Power BI dashboards and data models.
