Following the acquisition of

, we are looking to appoint an experienced
Partner Success Manager - Security Operations Centre
to support the continued growth of our specialist cyber security services.
This role sits within our Partner Success function and is focused on supporting customers who utilise Stripe OLT’s Security Operations Centre (SOC). You will act as a trusted advisor, combining cyber security expertise with strong customer engagement to ensure services deliver real business value.
The Role
You will manage a portfolio of SOC customers, providing strategic cyber security guidance, supporting service quality, and working closely with internal SOC teams. The role is hands‑on, customer‑facing, and suited to someone comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SOC customers
- Deliver regular service reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Act as an escalation point for cyber security issues
- Provide strategic security advice aligned to best practice
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand existing services
- Collaborate with SOC leadership to drive service quality and improvement
About You
- Demonstrable experience working within the cyber security sector, ideally in or alongside a Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment
- Proven ability to act as a trusted security advisor to customers, including engagement with senior and board‑level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of cyber security best practice, risk, and security maturity, with the ability to align security strategy to business objectives
