About the Opportunity:

The organization is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company focused on transforming the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector through innovative technology, cost-saving tools, and customer service. The Revenue Operations Business Analyst will act as the primary liaison between the Revenue Operations team and stakeholders, defining business needs, developing enablement materials, and driving adoption of processes, systems, and tools. This role translates business objectives into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive sessions with sales, finance, legal, account management, and other stakeholders to identify RevOps challenges and business needs

• Analyze upstream and downstream impacts of RevOps data and collaborate with impacted teams for due diligence before execution

• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Analysts and Business Systems team members

• Partner with teams to map current and future state RevOps processes

• Develop and maintain enablement and training materials for new or updated RevOps processes, tools, and systems

• Lead training and rollout strategies to ensure high user adoption of process and system updates

• Design, execute, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for major system changes

• Maintain the central repository of RevOps process documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

• Monitor post-launch adherence and data integrity, collaborating with Analysts to resolve gaps

• Serve as the central point of contact for questions following rollout

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role within Revenue Operations or Sales Operations

• Experience documenting processes and requirements related to CRM systems (Salesforce), including deal and/or contract management
