Your role:

The Sales Operations Manager will lead the global Sales Operations governance framework and provide operational excellence support to all regional Sales Operations Managers. The role ensures consistent execution of sales processes, systems usage, documentation standards, and dealer network compliance across all markets to ensure sales data accuracy, sales process understanding and efficiency. This position serves as the global business owner for the sales systems landscape— including stock visibility tools, sales order management platforms, SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS), invoicing workflows, and supporting technologies—to guarantee accurate, efficient, and controlled vehicle sales operations.
