### The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who will lead the design, development, and ongoing optimization of the critical systems that power our pricing strategies, third-party integrations, and broader operational capabilities at Kasa. In this role, you will take ownership of complex architectural decisions to ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs, while also writing high-quality, well-tested code and performing code reviews that set the bar for technical excellence.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take a leadership role in shaping the architecture, mentoring the team, and driving the technical direction of Kasa's internal operational platform. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for one or multiple product areas, coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to scope out ambitious projects, define key objectives, and ensure successful delivery.
