We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Social Media & Lead Generation Manager to build, manage, and grow multiple social media accounts that promote a licensed U.S. insurance professional offering free insurance quotes. The goal of this role is to generate qualified prospects in Texas interested in receiving quotes for insurance

Responsibilities:

Social Media Setup & Management:

• Create and optimize social media accounts (as needed) on platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok (optional but a plus)
• Ensure profiles are professional, compliant, and positioned for trust with U.S.-based audiences

Daily Content & Engagement:

• Highlight the value of free insurance quotes
• Encourage direct messages and inquiries
• Engage daily by: Replying to comments and messages, following, liking, and interacting with relevant users, and participating in relevant conversations and trending topics

Lead Generation:

• **Drive interested users to:** Send DMs, fill out quote request forms, ask for consultations, and focus specifically on Texas-based prospects
• **Identify and attract**: Homeowners, Renters, Drivers, Condo owners, Landlords, High-income individuals needing umbrella coverage

Brand Representation:

• Represent the agent professionally and ethically
• Communicate clearly that quotes are free and provided by a licensed U.S. insurance agent
• Follow guidance on compliant language (training will be provided)

Reporting:

• **Track basic metrics such as**: Follower growth, Engagement, Number of inbound inquiries/leads
• Provide short weekly summaries of activity and results

Requirements:

• Based in Nigeria with reliable internet access
• Strong written English (American tone preferred)
