About the Position The Social Media Manager & Creator is a skilled individual contributor role with primary ownership of social media content creation, publishing, and performance optimization, without people management responsibilities. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this hands-on role owns the day-to-day social content calendar and leads content development from concept through approval and publishing, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign goals. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who is comfortable behind and in front of the camera with strong content instincts, platform fluency, and solid project management skills.
