Associate Program Manager
. This is a fantastic next step for those early in their Program Management/ Project Management career to learn and grow!


Candidates in PST, MST, or CST are preferred.


This position's scope is a combination of project management and program management. The Pharmacy Implementations team covers all LOBs Molina has to offer (Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace) across all US time zones. Successful candidates will be accustomed to effectively managing 3-5 projects at a time.


With the nature of implementations, candidates should be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays to support the 1-3 go lives a year.


Pharmacy experience is not required; project and program management experience is needed.


Job Summary
Managed Care experience is also preferred.


Responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Assigns, directs and monitors system analysis and program staff.
