You will own and optimize the Quality Assurance function within the Operations division, redesigning processes from first-principles to drive efficiency. This high-visibility role involves using SQL-driven analytics to uncover insights, managing a team, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science leadership to scale operational outcomes across the business.
