Your Impact.

1. Owning and delivering premium hospitality revenue across the U.S. market.
2. Hunting and converting new business opportunities — corporate clients, agencies and high-net-worth buyers.
3. Building a strong, self-generated pipeline through outreach, networking and referrals.
4. Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to close.
5. Hosting prospects and clients to drive deal progression and repeat business.
6. Maintaining disciplined CRM management, forecasting accuracy and activity levels.
7. Working closely with UK-based teams to ensure premium delivery and long-term client value.

Your performance will be measured on revenue growth, pipeline strength and conversion rates.
